Get paid to fix phones, laptops and consoles.
A Fix Expert repairs a customer's device in front of them and explains what went wrong. You do not need experience. You need to love tech and be good with people. We teach you the rest, and you earn while we do.
No CV. No experience. We reply to every application.
The job, in plain words
A device comes in broken. You find the fault, you explain it to the customer in language they actually understand, and you fix it. Most repairs take minutes, not days. Many happen while the customer watches, and some happen at their home or office.
Every repair you complete carries a lifetime warranty. That means the work has to be right the first time, every time.
The other half of the job is the person standing in front of you. They are worried about their phone, their photos, their work. You recommend the right fix, the right part and the right accessory, and you do it without pushing and without jargon.
Full-time and part-time are both open, and shifts can work around university.
Five device families, hundreds of models
You start on screens and batteries. Within months you are on board-level work, microsoldering and data recovery.
PhonesiPhone, Samsung and more. Screens, batteries, charging ports, water damage.
LaptopsMacBook and Windows. Screens, keyboards, storage, logic boards.
TabletsiPad and Android. Glass, digitisers, batteries, charging.
SmartwatchesApple Watch and others. Screens, batteries, seals.
Games consolesHDMI ports, drives, overheating, controller drift.
Four things. That is the whole list.
Read these honestly. If three of the four sound like you, apply.
No experience required Really
We mean it literally. Training starts at how to open a device without breaking it. Whatever you did before, whatever you studied, it does not decide this. Nobody walks in knowing how to microsolder.
You are a genuine tech geek
You follow launches. You have opinions about chipsets and batteries. You have opened something just to see what was inside. This is the one thing on the list we cannot teach you, so it is the one that matters most.
You can sell, and you are good with people
You explain a fault without jargon. You calm down someone who thinks they have lost their photos. You recommend the right repair, part or accessory because it is right, not because it is expensive. This counts as much as the technical side, and we will test it.
English is a strong plus Preferred
Manuals, schematics and part suppliers all speak English, and so do plenty of our customers. It is not a hard requirement. It does move you up the list.

- Offer and paid trainingYou earn from the first day of training, working on real devices.
The questions everyone asks
I have never repaired anything. Should I still apply?
Yes. That is what "no experience required" means. We train from zero on real devices and pay you while we do it. Prior experience speeds up your training. It does not decide whether you get in.
What does "tech geek" actually mean here?
That tech genuinely interests you outside of work. You read about it, you argue about it, you open things. We can teach soldering. We cannot install curiosity, so it is the trait we screen hardest for.
Why do sales skills matter for a repair job?
Because you are the whole experience. You diagnose the fault, explain it, and recommend what the customer should actually do. Half of every shift is a conversation with a worried person. Being good at that is not optional here.
My English is average. Am I out?
No. English is preferred, not required. Schematics, manuals and suppliers are in English and some customers are too, so stronger English moves you up the list. Plenty of our team started with basics and improved on the job.
Can I do this alongside university?
Yes. Part-time shifts are built around lectures and exam periods. Full-time is also open. Tell us your timetable on the call.
Someone sent me a link. Does that change my chances?
No. Referrals are assessed exactly the same way. It only means your friend gets paid if you are hired, which is a good reason to leave their code in the form.
Every Fix Expert here started by not knowing how.
Two minutes, no CV, a real reply. If you love tech and you are good with people, the rest is our job to teach you.
