A Fix Expert repairs phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches and games consoles. They find the fault, explain it to the customer in plain language, and fix it, often while the customer watches. Every repair carries a lifetime warranty.
There is no experience requirement. Training is paid and starts from zero. Shifts can be arranged around university, and full-time is open too.

No experience required Really
Do not filter your friends by CV. Training starts at how to open a device without breaking it. What they studied does not matter.
A genuine tech geek
The one who takes things apart, argues about chipsets, builds PCs, follows every launch. This is the trait we cannot teach, so it is the one that gets people hired.
Can sell and can talk to people
Half the job is a conversation with a worried customer. Send the friend who explains things clearly and does not hide behind jargon.
Good English Preferred
Manuals, schematics and suppliers are in English, and so are many customers. Not required, but it moves them up the list.

The questions everyone asks
When exactly do I get paid?
Within 30 days of your referral completing their first two weeks as a Fix Expert. We email you when the payout is sent, with a reference you can check.
Laptop or cash at 20 hires?
Your choice. When you hit twenty hires we contact you and you pick either the laptop or the cash equivalent. The 1,000 EGP per hire is separate and unaffected.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No cap on the cash. Refer fifty and we pay for all fifty who get hired. The milestone reward is awarded once, the first time you reach twenty.
Do I have to work at Fixtech to refer someone?
No. Anyone can join the program.
What if someone I refer already applied to Fixtech?
Then it does not count. The referral has to be new to our pipeline. If two people refer the same applicant, the link they actually clicked gets the credit.
How do I track where I stand?
Reply to the email we send you with your code and we send back your live count. Every hire also triggers an automatic email to you.
